My '01 dodge does. That's actually what's wrong with it. Well, that & the bed. Loader up @ the mine got ahold of it. I'm pretty certain the driver was from KY too lol.

The shifter on the floor is just a switch as well, all it does is activate the same solenoid. You need to activate and run the 4 wheel drive system at least once a month to keep everything working.
